Visitation
Typically, a time for visitation is arranged through the supervised visitation that complies with a
court order. Arrival times are usually staggered so both parents and the children do not arrive at
the same time. At this point, visitation with the child or children will be held. The parent is
allowed to visit, play, and socialize much like they would in an unsupervised setting for the
allotted time. However, the visitation supervisor will listen for any threats, fighting words, or
behavior that will cause problems. In the event that a problem arises, the visit will be ended.
This type of structured visitation sets goals to ensure that the visit with the non-custodial parent
will be a safe and secure visit for the child.
If you find you are in need of the services of a visitation supervisor you can contact us.
